 I really like Revital Lotion EX II and Revital Moisturizer EX II by Shiseido. I’ve tried a few range of products by Shiseido and as I age, I tend to go for more expensive range by Shiseido.

But to see significant result, it’s best to use Revital Lotion and Revital Moisturizer with facial cotton. I learned the tip from Nuer, just wet a facial cotton with the lotion (or softener) and pad or wipe it over your face. Then you may apply serum or essense, like your normal routine. But when you are applying your moisturizer, pour it on the same facial cotton again and wipe it over your face. I try to stroke it upwards to “lift” up my face, and if you really do it correctly on one side, you can really see some difference. I won’t say that my face is totally distorted, but I do see some lifting effect.

Don’t worry that you might waste a lot of skincare products, if you use facial cotton. I guess I emphasize more on effectiveness of the products, instead of cost here. I might buy less women’s shoes if I finish the set in a month, but my face will thank me for it.

 It’s been awhile some my last manicure and pedicure session. I signed up a membership package so it’s a waste if I don’t use up my package. I used to visit my manicurist at least once a month last time, but since I moved here, it’s getting lesser and lesser. Maybe I have to do house chores here, so I feel that it’s a waste to have nice painted nails. But then, I should pamper myself once in a while because I deserve it! LOL!

I have a lot of nail colors at home, but I’m not a DIY person. I hardly do my own manicure or pedicure, even if I have some of the tools. The most I will do is just color my nails when I feel like it. No point leaving the nail varnish idling on my dressing table right? Besides that, my toes will look nicely with colors when I put on my heels.

I found that nailsinc has a lot of nice products for hands and feet. There is a great selection of nail varnish, but what I’m really interested to try is the Ultimate Firming Hand Cream and Microdermabrasion System. I’m pretty lazy to do my own manicure, but I always put on hand cream whenever I remember to. I guess the microdermabrasion cream will help a lot in exfoliating my hand and wash away the dead skin cell so that the hand cream can penetrate better into my skin. For someone who does a lot of house chores, my hands can be pretty rough if I don’t take good care of them.

This set is selling at £25. Before I do my purchase, has anyone tried the products before?

I’ve been resting a lot at home and I’m getting bored. I decided to get some skincare products because some of my old stocks are finishing, and I desperately wanted to get another bottle of eye cream. I wanted to go for Estee Lauder Intensive Lifting Eye Creme at first, but I had to watch my budget. Thus, I bought Kose Moisture Skin Repair Rice Power Extract Eye Cream instead. It’s not my first product from Kose Moisture Skin Repair range, I used Kose’s Rice Power Extract Moisture Skin Repair before, but this version No.11 has the latest improved formulation. So, I wanted to give it a try. It’s summer here, so I want to keep my skin moist for longer hours, but not with a thick serum.

At the same time, I hopped over to Shiseido to get Revital Lotion Ex II and Revital Moisturizer Ex II. I am running out of softener! These 2 products are best used with cotton pads, but I have forgotten to ask if they are selling the cotton pads by Shiseido. I remember that the cotton pads are great and you won’t waste a lot of your skincare products if you use them, as comparing to other facial cotton.

Thus, I will start using the products tonight and hopefully they are enough for this summer. If not, I will get a tube of whitening serum and microdermabrasion!

I got this bottle of Eyetuck by Skin Doctors out of curiosity. I have eye bags, and most of the products I tried worked well for my fine lines and dark circles, but not for the eye bags. I thought of getting them removed surgically, but I’m too scared of the pain!

What Eyetuckâ„¢ is used for

This cosmetic product is used to:

• Reduce the appearance of under-eye bags.

• Make the appearance of the skin under the eye tighter, smoother and more uniform.

• Moisturise and condition the delicate skin around the eyes.

I did a search on Eyetuck, but it seems like it’s not promising its effect in reducing eye bags. But nonetheless, I will give it a try since I already bought one! I should read the reviews before buying one huh? But then, I always grab something when I visit Watsun, and that’s the disadvantage of impulsive shopping. I might as well spend the money on low down payment auto insurance. Eyetuck is not cheap here in Thailand!

Edited: I gave up on EyeTuck. Can’t see much difference in my eye bags after days of use!

 I have always wanted a bigger bathroom at home, which is attached to my room. I hope that I can spend more time on home spa and DIY pedicure and manicure, which can be done after a nice warm bath or shower. Too bad I don’t have a tub, so I can only get a hot shower, and furthermore, my bathroom tiles are very slippery and I found it’s hard to have a nice body scrub. That’s why I hardly scrub myself since I moved here!

But if we have make a decent income here, I really hope that we can buy our own house. It will be hard for foreigners, but we shall try. I hope that we will have at least two bathrooms, and one of them belongs to me! It should be spacious, with a nice tub. I hope that the faucets are all functionally pretty too. I don’t really like the turning knob type, which we are using now, and I can very rather picky about my basin. LOL!

Most importantly, the tiles cannot slippery. It’s not only for me but for my kids’ safety too. I have to place anti slip mats all over our bathrooms now and it’s not a pretty sight.

Before I can have my dream bathroom, hubby has to work harder to make a lot of money first! Or else, I better forget about home spa.

I finally got myself Majolica Majorca Lash Expander Frame Plus (3rd Generation) days ago, and I love it! It does a good job in lengthening my lashes, and the best thing is, it’s so much cheaper than my regular mascara by Lancome. I’m still waiting for Lancome Oscillation Mascara to come to the counter I buy regularly, so in the mean time, I’m in love with Majolica Majorca Lash Expander Frame Plus.

It was the last 3 pieces at the counter when I bought it days ago, so it is selling off pretty fast. I guess a lot of ladies are grabbing them and bring them to the barcode scanner ASAP before it’s all sold off. LOL!

I bought a set of eyeshadow in earth tone from  Majolica Majorca too, but I haven’t tried it out. That’s the color for me on working days…Not really attractive huh?

 I have been pretty busy the whole morning, and after writing this post, I think I want to take a break and sneak out to the mall for a nice facial or spa. It’s been more than a month since my last session, and I’m drying for one. I didn’t make any appointment yet, and hopefully I will have some luck as a walk-in customer.

Actually, I wish that I can start some DIY home spa at home. After a day’s work, I really feel like going home for a nice warm bath in rose petals, and having a nice milk bath once in a while. But I don’t have a bath tub at home! I’m drooling over the Hot Tub Accessories I saw online, and how I wish I can fit a jacuzzi in my house!

My brother has a jacuzzi at his place, but he said that he had only tried it once, after moving in for 3 years! Can you believe it? It’s such a waste!

If I have a jacuzzi, I will surely make good use of it and enjoy a nice warm bath all by myself. Hubby can join in if he wants, but the tub has to be big enough for two of us. LOL!

I made a trip to Siam Paragon yesterday, and at first, I thought of making some purchases at the Beauty Hall of Siam Paragon. There are a lot of popular brands selling their products here, so it’s easier to shop for skincare products under one roof. I don’t normally go for the whole range of a particular skincare brand now, but look for those that work for my skin. Thus, it’s like a “mix-and-match” kind of skincare regime for me.

Nonetheless, I was there with my parents and my 80-year-old grandmother. She can’t walk much and I felt bad seeing her sitting on the bench waiting for us, when my kids shopped for books. So, I canceled my intention of shopping at Beauty Hall yesterday.

Anyway, I should thank her too because she “helped” me to save my bucks on impulsive buying. LOL! I still have a few skincare products and samples in my drawer, so it’s not really urgent to get new ones. Besides that, I want to watch my spending as I have recently bought an expensive gadget. Unless I can make some bucks from online casino, if not I better watch my spending. If you have the money luck, check out the link and see if you can win some money there. As for me, it’s kind of hard as I don’t know much about betting. All the while, I only play during Chinese New Year, and it’s all about fun instead of winning money. Besides that, I will use hubby’s money, but not mine for the games. LOL!

Maybe I will get some new products on my next trip to Siam Paragon, if I have more shopping budget from hubby!

 I’m quite busy lately so this blog is going to be abandoned again. It’s not like I’m going for any New York Tours, even if I wish for one! In fact, I will be going for a minor surgery, and after that, it’s all about bed rest and getting well in health. It’s not something serious, I hope, but only the lab result can tell if there is any complication after the surgery.

But for the time being, I will try to enjoy myself first, before being wheeled into the operation theater. My parents are here and I have to bring them around or keep them company. My mom will stay back to take care of my kids, so I will be able to get more rest after the surgery.

Once I’m fit to get online, I will try to search for a scar cream for myself. I know that leaving a scar behind is unavoidable after a surgery, no matter how big or small it is. But I want to minimize its appearance, if possible. It’s quite sad to know that I won’t look nice in bikini, even if I keep myself fit for one. But I guess health is more important than looks now. Wish me luck!

I’m just back from the mall and I’m glad to know that the mall management has set up a special parking zone for ladies and senior citizens only. It makes things so convenient to me as I go to this mall almost everyday. Some times, it takes me a long time to get a parking space, but with this special zone, at least I can just try my luck there first, as I noticed that it’s not always full.

The only thing I’m not satisfied with the parking lots is the space is smaller, comparing to other parking lots. Maybe the management thought that most ladies drive a smaller car? It’s not like I’m asking a big space like a cell tower, but it did challenge my parking skill just now.

Anyway, it’s great to know that ladies have privilege. Yeah!
