Beauty for Life

I was chatting with a friend the other day about taking care of our faces, and how we tend to spend more as we age, and how much we would hope to age gracefully and etc. I know myself pretty well, even when I was very busy with newborn babies, and was busy being a moo to my kids, I didn’t give up totally on taking care of myself, despite the limited time I have.

I used to have a lot of time for myself only, and I could put on body lotions, which targeted specifically for different parts of body. But now, it would be nice if I can just put on the anti cellulite cream on my thighs! LOL! I have been slowing on a lot but I shall not feel guilty about it. At least I still take good care of my face, but I should spend more time on masks!

So, I wonder if I will continue my beauty regime for life? Even when I’m old, probably can’t remember much about the past, or even have to rely on disposable diapers. :P I hope that I can still remember to brush my hair, powder my nose, and is still able to afford a good and rich face cream for my wrinkled skin. :)

U have been lucky. I am 33 this coming Friday and no kids yet. But i have never really take care of myself. I dont do spa or body scrub until recently my friend told me that i shld start taking care of myself. I think i am lucky too because i have no issues with skin and though no spa or scrub, my skin still feels soft. I only started getting fine lines around my eyes after moving to shanghai due to the weather here.

Our body changes and its normal. I used to have flat tummy but now… looks like i am 3 mths pregnant. I signed up for some slimming course and it has indeed reduced a lot. I can feel big difference with my pants and jeans. Really slim down a lot.

I just wonder… u buy so much products.. can u actually finish using them? I can never… and i gave so many unused one to my Mum. :)

Hi GGH, wow, you are indeed born with great genes! Even if you started beauty regime late, but you still have nice skin!
I use most of the products pretty fast as I tend to massage them onto my face once or twice a week. I apply on my neck too, and some times I use the cotton pad, soaks with toner or softener to cover all over my face as mask. So, I guess my usage is higher as comparing to others in a same period of time.
