Clarins Shaping Facial Lift, Lipo-drain Serum

I bought this bottle of Clarins Shaping Facial Lift, Lipo-drain Serum because I have a big face, and I am curious if it works. Frankly, don’t get it if you don’t have time to do the massage, even if it’s stated as simple as 5 steps, it would take you a couple of minutes too. I feel that it’s more effective using it in the morning so that your face will look great in the day. You can also use it at night, and pay more time in massaging, so over time, it might help in face lifting (don’t expect a drastic effect though).

In short, I can feel my face feature gets sharper if I spend more time doing the drainage massage properly. If not, I don’t think this serum can give you an instant facial lift. Ok, not exactly a jet plane but I’m leaving on economy flight. There is so much that I wish to do back home but I doubt that I have a car to move around. I’m not used to using public transport, and I think Malaysia’s public transport system sucks big time.

Besides shopping, I wish to satisfy my cravings for food. I will only worry about my weight and work on the pull up bars after I get back, if I’m determined enough to shed of the extra kilos!

No matter how, it’s nice to be home after so long.

I saw a mother commented about the dirty toilets in primary schools back home, and I couldn’t help wondering why the toilet condition in public schools are really that bad? When I was a kid, I hardly go to the toilet because it’s too disgusting and smelly. I would hold as much as I could and it’s totally bad for health. That’s why I’m so prone to bladder infection now.

My kid’s school doesn’t have fancy Kohler toilets but at least they are clean. I like the kiddie potties, which are more convenient for little kids. Maybe they are in private schools, so most private schools have better facilities.

Nonetheless, most toilets in Bangkok are generally cleaner than those back home, even by comparing a coffee shop! I really don’t know why toilets in M’sia can be so disgusting. Ok, don’t remind me about some part of China.

Should I say more? All of us know that stress is bad for your skin!

I try my best to stay calm, despite my crazy workload and stressful horse chores at home. But if possible, I wish that I can have more time for yoga and spa. I need them to release some stress in me, and I know that they help a lot. In the mean time, I can just punch some metal buildings to release my stress though.

Thus, I’m making a goal that one year from now, my life will be way much better and I can have more time for myself. I will have time to join a yoga class, and I will have spa once a month. Wish me luck! Best still, wish me with more money as with money, I will have more time!!!

I’m down with flu for many days, and my skin is not as radiant as before. Every time I got sick, my complexion worsen, so I can’t do much except getting more rest and fight the flu bug away. At the same time, I am drinking a lot of water to keep my skin hydrated, if not, it would have been worse.

We have a distributor water filter at the office but I still prefer my distilled drinking water. Kind of wasting money in the long run since I need at least 2 bottles of 1.5 L water each day.

But anyway, unless they change the filter on time, I would prefer not to drink the water at my office.
