My mom has always thought that I wasted my degree by not working and choosing the path of being a mother. She has high expectation of me since young, and I had been a grade A student throughout my schooling years. But after working for a few years, I had that mothering instinct of putting my kids in front of anything else, so I gave up my work and business.

But now that my kids are older, I felt like going back to work again. Nonetheless, it’s not that easy, considering that I’m an expat in another country now and I don’t know much about the language. Some said that I should make good use of my free time, while my kids are at school. Maybe I should consider an online university and pursuing an online nursing degree. Not that I’m really interested in nursing, but it might be a good opportunity to me, considering that I’m so curious about working at one of those plastic surgery hospitals in Bangkok. LOL!

I’m making my Christmas wish list now. Frankly, it will be ME who do the shopping because my hubby is totally clueless about what I like. Even if he does, he won’t buy it. He might get something else which he thinks is more useful. *slap head*

Being a mother who scrub the granite tile at home, I really need a good hand cream. And I have crack heels all the time, so a good foot cream is a must! L’OCCITANE is pretty expensive in Thailand, that’s why I haven’t bought any product by L’OCCITANE since I moved here. I’m quite regret that I didn’t buy them when I was back for holiday. Gee…

Anyone out there is willing to give me my Christmas pressie or not? LOL!

 I’m one of those who can’t live without eye cream. If there is any best eye cream available in the market, I will surely be checking it out! But recently, I’m out of the sample size of eye cream. Furthermore, most brands do not provide sample sized eye cream, so I’m too lazy to pack my normal size Re-Nutriv.

So, I “survived” a few days without eye cream, and it’s not that bad. LOL! I was worried about dryness and fine lines, but I was having a vacation, so I can’t care much.

But right now, I better put on eye masks. I really need to take good care of my problematic eye area!

 Some of my blogger friends were surprised to see my bikini photo in Facebook, but I haven’t thought much about it when I uploaded that photo. Firstly, it’s nothing sexy but a healthy shot with my family, so I didn’t expect to see any reaction. Most mothers are too shy to wear bikini again after child bearing as we can be very conscious with our bodies. Like others, I have surgery scar, cellulite, and not as slim as I used to be when I was single, but that doesn’t stop me from putting on bikini. Anyway, who’s looking when almost EVERYONE else is wearing one on a nice vacation island?

I used to put a lot of slimming product on myself, but I don’t have time for that anymore. I don’t even take the best fat burner even if I have been looking around and tempted to. I still have the diet pills by Boots, but I might throw them away as I’m not eating them. It’s not that I’m worried about side effect, but I am too lazy to swallow pills.

Maybe I just don’t care about my body as much as I do when I’m on holiday. Hey, why let some flaunts affect our holidaying mood?

 Christmas sales are here!!! I’m not sure what I’m going to buy, but I am still studying the different Christmas packages offered by various brands. Gosh, I still have THB7600 to go if I want to get the VIP gift set #2 by Estee Lauder, so I wonder if I really HAVE to buy or I NEED to buy.

Frankly, I don’t have a lot of shopping budget this month, and with Christmas coming,  I should buy some books or toys for my kids too.

Ah…can I have more money please!!!

 I’ve just come back from a nice weekend in Phuket and now I’m all roasted again. LOL! I’ve just realized that I’m out of whitening serum too, but I don’t think I will buy any now. Hopefully, my whitening water softener will help a little but I doubt so.

Anyway, I will just try to stay away from the sun for a few weeks, but it’s going to be hard. Maybe we will have another beach vacation again, or maybe not. No matter what, I shall take it easy this time and not going for whitening in a hurry. I quite like my tan.

I began to like BB cream but I feel like trying other brand. I’m using the BB cream by Cyber Colors these days, and it’s more convenient that putting on foundation.

So, after searching around, I found about BB cream by Skin79. It seems like it has got a lot of good reviews, so I want to give it a try. I can’t find Skin79 here in Bangkok, so maybe I will get it online.

Argh… I did so much online shopping lately, as much as I can afford Medicare supplement insurance already!

Let’s see if this store owner will ship to Bangkok to me.

 I’m out of any anti-cellulite cream for a month, and even if I like Elancyl, I’m a bit bored with the scent. So, which product should I go for it now? Clarins? Biotherm? Or just let it be naturally and see if gravity has mercy on my body?

I’m not someone who’s keen to exercise, so even if you get me the videos by Kettlebell, I might not be watching them. In short, I’m so lazy, I KNOW! The only exercise I get daily is walking up the stairs to 5th floor, and that’s all.

So, any miracle slimming product out there? Preferable something which is not consumed by mouth.

I’m quite happy with my feet now, at least my crack heels are not so obvious after 2 weeks of trying out Mr. & Ms. Dappy. It got me worry for the first few days when the skin was thick and uneven, but from Day 5 onward, the skin started peeling off.

It peeled off faster if you wet your feet more often, and I do this to speed up the process. I hate to see ugly skin peeling off when walking in my heels! LOL! But I can still see some light crack lines on my right heel, and I’m not sure if the peel process has ended now. Hopefully, it will be totally nice in a few days.

I just can’t wait to paint my toenails again. It’s been weeks since they are painted! Now, I’m too shy to even check out the Couture Jewelry at the shopping mall with my bare nails.

 With the change of weather in Bangkok lately, it’s time for me to get some new products for my skin. I know myself pretty well, I need something richer and more moisturizing during windy season, and I’m keen to get these 2 products:

Estée Lauder ‘Advanced Night Repair’ Synchronized Recovery Complex

I’m a big fan of Estee Lauder and I’ve been using ANR for years. My last bottle was 2 or 3 months ago, but it’s not the latest version. I’m replacing it for Lancome Blanc Expert GN-White New Whiteness Spot Eraser now, but since summer is over, it’s time to switch back to ANR.

Besides that, I’m looking for eye cream. I’m still thinking if I should continue with Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Youth Creme for eyes as I’m obviously don’t like Bio-essense 24k Bio Gold Eye Set.

So, Dior Capture Totale comes in mind…

I’m still checking out its price. My friend told me it’s pricey to get skincare and makeup in Thailand, and I can’t agree more!!! With a tight budget, money factor comes first! Too bad I can’t sell off the old desktop computers at home, if not maybe I will have some extra cash. LOL!
