Anessa Shiseido

I have been using the sunblock from Biotherm for the last 2 months, but I accidentally threw it away days ago when I was tidying up my room. :P

So, I am using Shiseido Anessa Mild Sunscreen (Face) EX SPF 46 PA+++ now and I love it! It’s non greasy, and it brightens up my face. I’m not using foundation after it, but just some concealer on my eye area. It’s just as simple as that!

I still have the body sunscreen from Shiseido body care, maybe once I’ve emptied the bottle, I will get the body sunscreen from Anessa, especially before my trip to Pattaya. I really feel like lying under the sun on one of those pool floats, knowing that I will be well protected by Anessa sunscreen from head to toe. :)

Healthy White UV Protection Lotion by Vaseline

I like the Healthy White UV Protection Lotion by Vaseline. I was being exposed to the sun more than usual during my stay in Bangkok. I didn’t bring my usual sunblock along and my SIL recommended that I get a bottle of UV protection lotion by Vaseline. It’s really popular in Thailand, and most girls use this too. Maybe the lotion is non greasy and it’s truly affordable, that’s why it’s so popular there.

I can actually see the instant brightening effect if I only apply the lotion on one of my legs. It’s like it’s being shined by chandeliers, and it looks more radiant. Nonetheless, I’m not sure what’s the SPF and PA reading of this lotion, so I think I will top it with my regular sunblock for better protection, when I move to Bangkok.

Body Resculpt Svelt by Biotherm

I’ve just bought another bottle of Clarins Total Body Lift at the airport duty free, so I guess I won’t be trying out other slimming products for the time being.

If I knew about the Body Resculpt Svelt by Biotherm earlier, I would have given it a try.

The active ingredients in this body sculpturing cream includes bioactive silicium which stimulates the collagen synthesis to rebuild the skin support network as well as caffeine, which is an effective ingredient in slimming treatment. Most importantly, I don’t have to use it with lots of massage as I really don’t have time to do so twice a day.

But well, I will have to finish my existing body care first before getting my hands on Body Resculpt Svelt. I don’t have my shopping passport now because I’ve spent so much in Bangkok for the past 2 weeks. :P

Stripeptin™ SM, A Treatment for Stretch Marks.

I didn’t have stretch marks when I was pregnancy, but I have some my thigh after slimming down from my second baby. It’s not too obvious, but they do bother me sometimes.

Stripeptin™ SM is giving out free trial samples to anyone who’s willing to give it a try. Check out the website for more information but you need to pay for the shipping fee. I didn’t get the sample as the international shipping fee is quite costly.

It claims that you can see visible results in 8 weeeks since its formulation contents more peptides, the compounds that enhance the skin’s ability and stimulate cell production. Besides that, it has skin elasticizers, firming agents, and moisturizers too. So I guess the stretch marks will be less obvious over time and your skin is firmer too.

See how complicated a woman can be? She has to take good care of her face, her body, her thigh, her hair, use posture correction if she has a hunchback and now worry about stretch marks. LOL! No wonder we spend so much money on ourselves.

Vichy Body Care and Cellulite Treatment

I only managed to watch the last part of Queen last night and Nu Er was introducing a body care line that managed to reduce the thigh diameter in 6.5cm. That measurement really caught my attention so I decided to search for the product brand. The products he introduced were from Vichy, which is the No. 1 skincare brand in European pharmacies. I have seen some of its skincare products at Watsun and Guardian, but I haven’t tried any. Maybe I will start with the body care range once I’m done with Clarins Extra-Firming Body Care and Total Body Lift.

The 3 products featured last night were:

Lipidiose Granular Exfoliating Cream

This innovative texture contains jojoba pearls to effectively smooth the skin. The creamy, ultra penetrative base, specially formulated for dry skin, is enriched with lipids. Apply a small amount of the product to wet skin, lather and rinse off thoroughly.

Lipometric Contour Refining Intensive Care

Stubborn cellulite? The double refining action of Adrenalyse-S and Aminokine-G combine their effectiveness to increase visible firming and smoothing results.

Lipostretch Contouring Body Care

Lipostretch helps to visibly restore body skin’s elasticity and stretch by acting on the 3 parameters of skin firmness while providing 24hr hydration.

Anyone tried these before? I would appreciate to hear the feedback from you. :)

Clarins’ Extra-Firming Body Care and Total Body Lift

I’m not sure if I’m alone in this issue. I noticed that my body is not as firm as before, even if I try my best to keep myself fit. I really need some extra effort and the help of body care products now, just like the time I have just had my babies. Some of the products I tried are great at maintaining and enhancing the effort of slimming down, but you just need to be persistent in using them and massage your body consistently.

Even if I can hide the bulges with the right selection of clothes, but you will still have to look at yourself naked when no one is around right? Of course, you don’t need an exterior lighting to shine on yourself to see those early signs of flabbiness or cellulite!

I’ve just bought Clarins’ Extra-Firming Body Care for the day and Clarins’ Total Body Lift to be used at night. I have only tried out for 2 days and it’s too early to see any results. But I like the texture as they are not oily or stain on my clothes, most important!

So, let’s see if they work well for me.
