I love the body range products by Clarins and I’ve been using them on and off. One of my all time favorites is High Definition Body Lift (Cellulite Control, Smooths and Firms) by Clarins.

If I can get it in wholesaler price, I don’t mind stocking up a few.

I can’t be too sure if it is effective in controlling cellulite, but it does smooth your skin. Upon application, you will feel the silky feeling and some kind of tingling sensation. It’s quite cooling but not spicy like those chili products. Those are rather insane to be put on our skin.

I got the twin pack this time. I think they will last me for 2 months!

I’m quite surprised with my first bottle of SmoothE Perfect Skin Therapie. It smells so well! Best of all, it’s cheap. Really really affordable!

I was running out of body lotion for some time, so when I went grocery shopping the other day, I couldn’t help myself from simply grabbing any body lotion available on the rack. If I would to shop at cosmetic counters, I would have more choices. But on that day, I simply didn’t have time for that.

So, I didn’t have any expectation on SmoothE, thus I was so happy to see how it feels on my skin. I wish that I have more time to search more about this product, but the Linksys router is not working too well now, and my connection is quite bad.

It’s been awhile since my last bottle of anti cellulite product, and to make myself feel better about putting some effort in body care, I grabbed a bottle of L’oreal Perfect Slim Night Anti Cellulite Gel-cream the other day. I didn’t get the day version, reckon that I might not have time to apply it in the morning rush.

I’ve been using it for a week, and so far, I can’t see much difference. The skin feels softer after application, but the cellulite is still there. Trust me, you can’t just do much with anti cellulite cream, so get more exercise and eat healthily! But it sure gives you a nice skin texture and it feels smoother, probably just because of the gel itself.

Then again, I feel better by using this gel. Psychologically, I feel that I’m taking care of myself.

I guess nothing can help to reduce cellulite the easy way. So, I better stop sitting on the modern sofas more.

My hubby still looks pretty good for his age. He doesn’t have tummy, and he looks quite fit. It’s so unfair some times, whne women have to go through child birth and going through the yoyo effect, while men can generally look good, if they don’t gain weight. Gosh, they don’t even need testosterone booster but we got to work out, on diet, take good care of ourselves just to look good.

How unfair huh?

I love massage, and it’s a bliss to be in Thailand as you can easily get a nice massage at affordable price. When we were in Koh Chang island, I managed to get a brief Thai massage on the beach and it’s a great relief to my joint pain.

I would love to have it a little longer but we were running out of time. But anyway, it’s nice, and it’s great. Having a massage on the beach is very relaxing, if it’s not too sunny and the sea breeze is strong.

A friend of mine blogged about her experience in laser hair removal and how it gave her a pair of nice smooth legs after a few minutes of tingle pain. I have very low pain threshold, so I haven’t done any waxing nor hair removal at the salons. I have always been hesitating to try one out, but I’m too coward to do so.

I’m making my Christmas wish list now. Frankly, it will be ME who do the shopping because my hubby is totally clueless about what I like. Even if he does, he won’t buy it. He might get something else which he thinks is more useful. *slap head*

Being a mother who scrub the granite tile at home, I really need a good hand cream. And I have crack heels all the time, so a good foot cream is a must! L’OCCITANE is pretty expensive in Thailand, that’s why I haven’t bought any product by L’OCCITANE since I moved here. I’m quite regret that I didn’t buy them when I was back for holiday. Gee…

Anyone out there is willing to give me my Christmas pressie or not? LOL!

 I’m out of any anti-cellulite cream for a month, and even if I like Elancyl, I’m a bit bored with the scent. So, which product should I go for it now? Clarins? Biotherm? Or just let it be naturally and see if gravity has mercy on my body?

I’m not someone who’s keen to exercise, so even if you get me the videos by Kettlebell, I might not be watching them. In short, I’m so lazy, I KNOW! The only exercise I get daily is walking up the stairs to 5th floor, and that’s all.

So, any miracle slimming product out there? Preferable something which is not consumed by mouth.

 I love shopping at Watsun. Even if I’m heading for the exit signs at the shopping mall, but if I pass by Watsun, I can’t resist myself from checking things out. Most things are pretty cheap here, and there is always a nice surprise for me to grab!

So, this Neutrogena Fresh Cooling Body Misy Sunblock that’s one of my latest purchase from Watsun. It has SPF30, and PA too, but what I really like about the product is it’s very light and cool my skin instantly after a spray. This product has helioplex technology which protects our skin from both UVA and UVB. Nonetheless, I’m not sure what’s its PA value. Hopefully, it has at least +++. Best of all, it’s waterproof. Thus, I’m bringing this bottle along with my SPF50 PA+++ sunblock to the beach.

Not only me, my kids love the body mist too. I apply on their skin as sunblock and it’s not stick at all. So far, my kids only like the Kids Sunblock by Banana Boat which has advanced AvoTriplex technology and it’s non-sticky. But I can’t find any here in Bangkok, so Neutrogena Fresh Cooling Body Misy Sunblock can be used as a replacement. Furthermore, it’s very affordable!

So, I have another new item in my handbag these days. Gee…I need a bigger handbag!

I bought a box of waxing strips the other day, and I realized that it didn’t come with the wax. LOL! I thought that they came in the same box but little that I know, I have to purchase them separately. Frankly, I haven’t done a wax myself, and I have only thought of giving it a try. If I can afford it, and if I’m not too afraid of the pain, I would love to go for laser hair removal. I’ve heard about this procedure for some time, but so far, I only know a friend who has gone through it. She has a high pain threshold, so I try not to buy by her story. LOL!
