Which Body Slimming Product to Get?

I’m out of any anti-cellulite cream for a month, and even if I like Elancyl, I’m a bit bored with the scent. So, which product should I go for it now? Clarins? Biotherm? Or just let it be naturally and see if gravity has mercy on my body?

I’m not someone who’s keen to exercise, so even if you get me the videos by Kettlebell, I might not be watching them. In short, I’m so lazy, I KNOW! The only exercise I get daily is walking up the stairs to 5th floor, and that’s all.

So, any miracle slimming product out there? Preferable something which is not consumed by mouth. :P

Neutrogena Fresh Cooling Body Misy Sunblock

I love shopping at Watsun. Even if I’m heading for the exit signs at the shopping mall, but if I pass by Watsun, I can’t resist myself from checking things out. :P Most things are pretty cheap here, and there is always a nice surprise for me to grab!

So, this Neutrogena Fresh Cooling Body Misy Sunblock that’s one of my latest purchase from Watsun. It has SPF30, and PA too, but what I really like about the product is it’s very light and cool my skin instantly after a spray. This product has helioplex technology which protects our skin from both UVA and UVB. Nonetheless, I’m not sure what’s its PA value. Hopefully, it has at least +++. Best of all, it’s waterproof. Thus, I’m bringing this bottle along with my SPF50 PA+++ sunblock to the beach.

Not only me, my kids love the body mist too. I apply on their skin as sunblock and it’s not stick at all. So far, my kids only like the Kids Sunblock by Banana Boat which has advanced AvoTriplex technology and it’s non-sticky. But I can’t find any here in Bangkok, so Neutrogena Fresh Cooling Body Misy Sunblock can be used as a replacement. Furthermore, it’s very affordable! :)

So, I have another new item in my handbag these days. Gee…I need a bigger handbag!

Hair Removal

I bought a box of waxing strips the other day, and I realized that it didn’t come with the wax. LOL! I thought that they came in the same box but little that I know, I have to purchase them separately. Frankly, I haven’t done a wax myself, and I have only thought of giving it a try. If I can afford it, and if I’m not too afraid of the pain, I would love to go for laser hair removal. I’ve heard about this procedure for some time, but so far, I only know a friend who has gone through it. She has a high pain threshold, so I try not to buy by her story. LOL!

Nonetheless, if you are looking for laser hair removal in new york, check out laser hair removal new york. If you are a visitor to the website, you will be given a free complimentary test patch session at one of their spas, which you can try out the bikini or underarm laser hair removal process. So if you are looking for permanent hair removal solution, that’s a great opportunity for you to try it out.

As for me, I’m still quite bothered with the pain. Maybe I shall put the waxing strips away until I’m ready for it!

DIY Body Scrub

I used to have more time to pamper myself before I moved to Bangkok. Sometimes, I would have simple home spa like once a week to exfoliate my body and put a body mask on. I had body salt scrub, but some times, I liked to do my own scrub with barley and green beans. Just grind these 2 ingredients together and add some honey or plain yogurt and you will have a nice and cheap body scrub at home!

I hope that I can do this again here because I had only gone for body scrub at the spa once since I’ve moved here. I’m just too busy like a mesothelioma lawyer. LOL! But one cannot be lazy to be a beauty, so I need to find some time for myself again.

Besides that, it’s quite costly to do it often at spa salons, and I want to save up some bucks! :P So, if you are interested in DIY home spa, try out this homemade body scrub. I bet you will see a difference, and also save some money away from spending on expensive body scrubs.

Shopping for Nice Products at a Tighter Budget

I’ve started using Galenic Elancyl Lipo-Reducing Concentrate Duo and Liporeducer Specific Flat Stomach last night. Since the products claimed that they can work for 24 hours, I think once a day application is good enough. I can’t find time to put on lots of body care products lately, so I will try my best to put on the slimming products at night.

Frankly, I have a lot of skincare and beauty products, but not all of them are being used to the last drop. Like most beauty freak, I tend to buy when I have the urge of trying them out. Nonetheless, I try my best not to do this anymore due to the economy meltdown. You will never know when you might be very broke! By then, I will only have a lot of beauty products being kept as masterpieces in art storage and an empty bank account! That doesn’t sound like a phrase I want to go through.

If I need a few product, I might try my best to check out those in cheap price range. Not everything cheap comes in low quality, you just have to find the ones that fit both you skin and the budget you have in mind. I think those personal care stores have a lot of nice products to offer. So, I should drop by Watson and Boots more often.

Galenic Elancyl Lipo-Reducing Concentrate Duo and Liporeducer Specific Flat Stomach

I went to Lancome just now, but too bad, Lancome Oscillation Mascara will only be at Future Park in April, and the promoter suggested that I drop by other shopping malls to check them out. Upon hearing that, I’m too lazy to drive all the way to the other side of the town just for a tube of mascara. :P

But anyway, I went to browse for some products at Boots at got myself some slimming products by Galenic Elancyl. I’ve always wanted to try them out but my whole set of L’oreal slimming products are not finished yet. Anyway, I still went ahead and bought them! LOL!

Elancyl Liporeducer Specific Flat Stomach (the set I bought came with 2 bottles)

The Lipo-Reducer Specific Stomach is highly concentrated, enriched in 50% of specific slimming active ingredients compared to the Lipo-Reducer Concentrated Gel to provide an answer adapted to the physiology of the abdominal adipose tissue.

I can’t tell if they are good yet, but I’m willing to give them a try. I’ve gained weight after Chinese New Year, and it’s time to get shed them off by watching my diet, and using the slimming products.

Perfect Slim Day & Night and Pro-Massage Intensive Anti-Cellulite Massage System by L’Oreal

I’ve been using Clarins Total Body Lift for months, and I feel like trying something new. Actually, these body care by L’oreal are not the latest, but I haven’t used them before. Since they are quite cheap, I got all three bottles to try them out.

I actually like BODY EXPERTISE PerfectSlim Pro-Massage Intensive Anti-Cellulite Massage System by L’oreal. Ya, it has very long name. LOL!

If I’m not in a rush in the morning, I will give myself a good massage on my thigh before applying the anti-cellulite gel. Of course, if I’m too busy, I will just use PerfectSlim Day and do a quick hand massage for better absorption. I did try to use both PerfectSlim Night and Pro-Massage at the same time, but the gel sort of like flaking out. I guess it’s best to only use one of the products at a time.

If you are wondering about the slimming effect, oh well, like most products, I can only feel the smoothness and tightening of my skin. However, I don’t think I can just lose inches by using cream without watching my diet and exercising! LOL!

BTW, all of them are not greasy, so you don’t have to worry about messing up your clothes in the day or your baby bedding if you tug in your kid.

Anessa Shiseido

I have been using the sunblock from Biotherm for the last 2 months, but I accidentally threw it away days ago when I was tidying up my room. :P

So, I am using Shiseido Anessa Mild Sunscreen (Face) EX SPF 46 PA+++ now and I love it! It’s non greasy, and it brightens up my face. I’m not using foundation after it, but just some concealer on my eye area. It’s just as simple as that!

I still have the body sunscreen from Shiseido body care, maybe once I’ve emptied the bottle, I will get the body sunscreen from Anessa, especially before my trip to Pattaya. I really feel like lying under the sun on one of those pool floats, knowing that I will be well protected by Anessa sunscreen from head to toe. :)

Healthy White UV Protection Lotion by Vaseline

I like the Healthy White UV Protection Lotion by Vaseline. I was being exposed to the sun more than usual during my stay in Bangkok. I didn’t bring my usual sunblock along and my SIL recommended that I get a bottle of UV protection lotion by Vaseline. It’s really popular in Thailand, and most girls use this too. Maybe the lotion is non greasy and it’s truly affordable, that’s why it’s so popular there.

I can actually see the instant brightening effect if I only apply the lotion on one of my legs. It’s like it’s being shined by chandeliers, and it looks more radiant. Nonetheless, I’m not sure what’s the SPF and PA reading of this lotion, so I think I will top it with my regular sunblock for better protection, when I move to Bangkok.

Body Resculpt Svelt by Biotherm

I’ve just bought another bottle of Clarins Total Body Lift at the airport duty free, so I guess I won’t be trying out other slimming products for the time being.

If I knew about the Body Resculpt Svelt by Biotherm earlier, I would have given it a try.

The active ingredients in this body sculpturing cream includes bioactive silicium which stimulates the collagen synthesis to rebuild the skin support network as well as caffeine, which is an effective ingredient in slimming treatment. Most importantly, I don’t have to use it with lots of massage as I really don’t have time to do so twice a day.

But well, I will have to finish my existing body care first before getting my hands on Body Resculpt Svelt. I don’t have my shopping passport now because I’ve spent so much in Bangkok for the past 2 weeks. :P
