Tummy!

After merely 5 days of feasting back home, I’m back with a bump of fat! I shall try to limit my food intake, but I won’t skip meal. Judging from my experience, if I skip a meal, I will eat more forĀ  the next! LOL!

Nevertheless, I won’t take any diet supplement too, especially after having to read more about the side effects. It’s best to stay fit and healthy without jeopardizing my health.

Body Building

I wonder if hubby should take testosterone boosters? When he was into body building, he used to take some supplement in shaping up. Maybe he’s interested in checking out thisĀ  myoripped review.

In my opinion, I think he needs more sleep as he doesn’t rest enough. He’s in 40s now, so it’s time to take good care of his health. As for me, I need to take some vits!

 

Supplement

I’m very lazy in taking supplements, even if I have a few bottles of vitamins and Omega 3 oil sitting there on my table. I should be taking each of them at least once a day, but I don’t have the discipline of doing so. The only time when I was very committed in taking daily supplements would be the time when I was pregnant.

I diligently took Omega oil pills in hope that I will have smarter babies. LOL! I’m not sure if it works for sure, but my kids are doing fine. If you are interested to find out one, maybe you can check out Krill Oil. It seems like krill oil is rich in astaxanthin, and it’s a very powerful anti oxidant that also helps in anti-aging. But I guess if it’s easier to be absorbed by the our bodies, it’s worth a try.

Yoga

I’m not a big fan of outdoor activity, so I don’t have stuffs like deuter, trekking boots or even a pair of jogging shoes. I hardly even exercise until I started yoga again! But the place is flooded now, so I can forget about yoga until next year.

If I want to look good, I must exercise. For my age, everything goes down with gravity!!! Unless I have money for botox and liposuction, I don’t have to worry much about gravity. LOL!

OMG

OMG, I’ve just gained 2kg in 2 weeks!!! Why??? It’s because I’m stuck in the condo mostly and I haven’t exercise and keeps eating!!! I really hate this. All effort has gone to the drain :(

Don’t tell me I need to shop for plus size dresses at sydneyscloset as I have been working hard to stay in shape. I’m not slim and skinny but at least I don’t look too bad for my age, after 2 kids, mind you.

I must watch my diet again!

Continue Not?

My Herbalife supplement is finishing, and I’m not sure if I will continue. I didn’t lose weight because I don’t have the discipline of taking it everyday. :P It doesn’t work like the best fat burner either but just a meal replacement. Nonetheless, it should promote health.

If my friend brings me some next month, I shall continue taking Herbalife then. If not, it’s fine. :)

Diet Tea

When I was younger, I didn’t care much about my health and I was daring enough to try all sort of dieting stuffs to lose weight. In fact, I took diet tea, which works like herbal colon cleanse to flush out all the food I took into my system. It gave me tummy cramp and frequent bowel movements, but I couldn’t be bothered. When I stopped taking it, my digestive system showed down too.

Luckily, I didn’t screw up my health, I guess. :P

Now, I dare not take it again.

Life Long Battle

I’m so not into my diet plan lately because my parents were here for the past 2 weeks. Since they have gone home, I must get back to my diet plan! I’m so lazy to do any exercise at home, forget about seeing me doing stretching on the laminate flooring too. So the only way to lose weight is to eat less.

I hate battling with my own weight and body shape! What a life long battle for some women like me.

Life Time Homework

Losing weight is like a life time homework for a woman like me who is not blessed with skinny genes. My weight can go yoyo if I overeat, so I have to really watch my diet now especially that I’m in my mid 30s.

I might just check out hydroxycut reviews but I won’t get anymore health supplement. I’m trying to do this in a healthier way if possible. Since I hate exercising, I better just eat less.

Allergy Relief Bedding

Before I became a mother, I couldn’t care much about bedding, as long as it’s clean and comfortable to sleep in. But since both my kids have very sensitive skin since babies, I take extra care in choosing their bedding sets and also try my best in changing the sheets as frequent as possible.

Since my allergy relief mattress and pillow covers are white, I would use them as the first layer, before adding a colorful kiddie bedding for my kids. Both of them still prefer to sleep on their favorite characters, instead of pure white bedding.

But it does help a lot in preventing the mattress and pillows from being a breeding ground for dust mites. My kids don’t have skin allergies anymore, for as far as I know. Besides the occasional stuffy nose, they hardly sneeze as well.
