I’m so glad that I manage to sleep more lately, even if I can’t do it every night, but I am getting more sleep than I used to be. Some times, I sleep more 8 hours, and wake up feeling fresh and alert. I don’t even need an alarm clock to wake me up and I can just get up on my own after getting enough rest.

The fact that my kids have almost sleep through the night helps a lot too. But I should get the allergy mattress covers since my skin can be rather sensitive, and I don’t want to have any bug bites at night.

Hopefully, my dark circles won’t be too bad if I can make sleeping my priority!

I’m not one of those who really goes on diet all the time. I do watch what I eat if I feel that I’ve gained more than I can bear, but I hardly rely on pills or any means to lose weight fast. So far, my weight is quite stagnant, and will be plus or minus 1kg. I have never had a yoyo weight before either.

My boy fell and hurt his chin. The wound needed 6 stitches, and undoubted, there should be a scar.

He was given an antibiotic cream, but after this, I will surely apply vitamin E and anti scar cream for him. I hope that the wound will heal well and the scar is not obvious. Besides that, please don’t let him have chin acne next time.

One of the best way to lose weight is probably eat and sh*t all out without absorbing anything. However this is quite impossible. Maybe I should click here and know more about detox and c*l*n cleanse, which I have always wanted to try.

I’m yet to get my gym membership, so maybe I will drop by the gym this weekend and see how much should I be paying for it. Honestly, I feel like paying for a bag, instead of getting a gym membership. LOL!

What a lazy p*g.

I passed by Boots just now, and caught my eyes on some beauty supplements. There are these whitening pills by Boots which are claimed to help in whitening process. Previously, I tried beauty supplements by Fancl and DHC, but after that I totally stopped. I’m not one of those who loves to swallow pills, except the prenatal vitamins which I was “forced” to take during my pregnancy.

I wonder if those whitening pills really work?

My mom has always thought that I wasted my degree by not working and choosing the path of being a mother. She has high expectation of me since young, and I had been a grade A student throughout my schooling years. But after working for a few years, I had that mothering instinct of putting my kids in front of anything else, so I gave up my work and business.

But now that my kids are older, I felt like going back to work again. Nonetheless, it’s not that easy, considering that I’m an expat in another country now and I don’t know much about the language. Some said that I should make good use of my free time, while my kids are at school. Maybe I should consider an online university and pursuing an online nursing degree. Not that I’m really interested in nursing, but it might be a good opportunity to me, considering that I’m so curious about working at one of those plastic surgery hospitals in Bangkok. LOL!

I like to check out the things at Boots because most of the products are very affordable. Furthermore, it’s the leading pharmacy from UK, so the products are more reliable. My SIL tried the diet pills by Boots and she lost some weight. Thus, out of curiosity, I got myself a box of carbo block by Boots too. I’m not sure if they are the best diet pills as I start taking the pills when I’m having my holiday back home.

I know that I will be feasting like crazy back home, so I better swallow some pills and see if I will gain weight, maintain or lose any in one month. I shall check my calorie count too, as no matter what pills we take, as long as our calorie intake is high, you can forget about losing weight. So, let’s see how.

 I’ve bought myself a pair of FitFlop and I’ve been wearing it for days. I didn’t snap a photo of my flip flop as it’s quite dirty now. It’s been raining, and the white bottom is not as nice as it was when I first bought it.

Too bad there are not a lot of choices here, so I had to get myself a pair in Strawberry.

So far, I haven’t seen any significant difference on my thighs and b*tt, but then, it’s very comfortable walking in FitFlop. Maybe you still need some fat burners after all, if you want to lose weight faster. As for me, I just enjoy the “cushioned’ feeling of walking in FitFlop.

I know that I’ve been mentioning about going back to yoga for a million times, but I still haven’t got myself registered! It’s so hard to have my free time without a maid here.

Nonetheless, I’m doing some simple exercise at home, but without a yoga mat, it’s kind of hard to do most of the poses. I’m asking hubby to do me a favor of bring my old mat over, and that map is really good! I’m not sure if he’s willing to do it though.

I don’t have any fitness equipment at home, and judging from the size of my house, it’s impossible to fit one in. LOL! So, hopefully I will tone up a bit from simple exercises at home.

I went to Lancome just now, but too bad, Lancome Oscillation Mascara will only be at Future Park in April, and the promoter suggested that I drop by other shopping malls to check them out. Upon hearing that, I’m too lazy to drive all the way to the other side of the town just for a tube of mascara.

But anyway, I went to browse for some products at Boots at got myself some slimming products by Galenic Elancyl. I’ve always wanted to try them out but my whole set of L’oreal slimming products are not finished yet. Anyway, I still went ahead and bought them! LOL!
