I haven’t done teeth whitening for a few years. I did a few times before I got married. A few months before my wedding, I did again and maintain the whiteness with some DIY products meant for teeth whitening. If possible, I would let the professional dentists do the job for me as the result is better and I don’t have to do so much about it.

I prefer salsa, among all those Latin dance, and I may also try to learn more about its history and information like costumes and dance etiquette to understand the dance further. Dance steps are important, but some times, you need to understand the culture of the dance to really master it.
But then again, where can I find a partner?

I was supposed to update my yoga blog but I was too tired and I fell asleep before completing a post! That blog of my is just for my interest. Besides, I was really EFND and with some money in my paypal, I decided to get another domain.
I am not saying that I’m good at yoga, I always skip class ok? But I will try my best to learn as much as I do as it’s not only a good exercise for flexibility, it’s great for the whole well being too. You can ditch that hydroxycut and start losing weight the healthier way but it will be slowly.
But don’t expect to fly or kiss your toes starting up as I can’t do that too. There is no forcing in yoga and everyone has her own progress. Just take your time but before that, go sign up with a yoga instructor ok? Don’t simply practice by yourself if you are inexperienced. You might get hurt.
I love sunbathing, but I won’t do it without my sunblock of SPF50 +++ and above. The reason why I’m using sunblock is that I just want to look tan, but not burnt or getting more brown spots on my face. I want to enjoy outdoor activities, but being protected from the harmful rays.
Come to think about it, I don’t have as many outdoor activities as I used to be when I was in high school. I was very active in Teens Cadet, and I would have lots of activities like marching, camping, hiking, competitions and others. I was being exposed in the sun for long hours, especially during weekends and school holidays. Being a teenager, the last thing on my mind was taking care of my skin. I had not used any facial wash until I was in university. I guess I’m one of those lucky ones who is born with great skin, all thanks to my parents’ genes. If it’s not because of them, my complexion will be worse.
So, before you get yourself occupied this weekend with your Baseball Equipment, golfing for 18 holes, or swimming in the pool, just don’t forget about taking good care of your skin. The same goes for men. There are more and more men who are willing to take care of their complexions now. However, I’m regret to say that my hubby is not being influenced by me. He still puts away all the skincare or sunblock I bought for him. That’s why I look so much younger than him.

I came across this article from The Star which is about being big and beautiful. I have never look down on any fat person, ok? But I just prefer to be curvy and slim. I am not those skinny boney ladies like those anorexic super models, but that doesn’t mean I am ok with being fat myself.
At one point, lots of fat women are not sure of how to dress themselves up. However, there are more and more brands available for bigger sized women and it’s something great. No one wants to be ugly, no matter what size you are in. It’s only a matter on how to dress well to show off your beauty while hiding away your faults. I am not body perfect too, but I know what and how to wear which looks great on me.
So, even if you are bigger than the average women on the street, don’t give up. Dress well ok? I know a woman who weighs about 90kg but she is knitting a red G-string for herself. Even if she can’t buy one, she’s knitting herself a nice piece of G-string. Geng leh? I haven’t seen the end product, but I don’t want to see her in it. LOL!
I was reading about one of the post from one problogger in Malaysia who celebrates his birthday today saying that he has gone fatter over 2 years of being a problogger. I was a bit worried about it as that is the direction I am going to now. Not to say that I am aiming to be a problogger, but I blog a lot nowadays.
However, like most women, I don’t want to be unattractive. I have to take a good care of my body shape so that I can still shop till I drop for all the nice clothes at I like! So, I better get myself active in yoga again. Luckily, I have a class this evening!
On top of that, since I have slowed down on breastfeeding, I guess I can take some products like colon cleanser to clear the toxin in my body away. Then, my tummy will be even flatter. That will make my look better too.
Gee, blogging is fattening. That’s because we sit a lot. So I better stand and blog more.
I was trying to find more about Amy Linear, but I can’t find their official site. That’s the brand of the reshaping undergarment I bought after having my second baby. I would apply a lot of slimming cream and put in the reshaping undergarments for more than 8 hours just a week after labor. Actually, I put it on for about 24 hours.
It’s not advisable but I wanted to see a faster results.
I only put it on for about 7 weeks, after that the set was too loose for me. I didn’t buy a second set because it was inconvenient at going to the loo.
But if you want to slim down faster after natural labor, you can consider getting a set of reshaping undergarments. Don’t just be too excited about telling the world about your birth announcements, you have to get back in shape too.

Everyone knows her. When I first saw Kate Moss about 10 years ago, I wanted to be as thin as her. I skipped meals for a few days and due to my high metabolism, I was really thin with flatted chest too. It was the look of that fashion world, so I was one of the victims that wanted to look like her.

When I was shopping yesterday, I saw a pretty pregnant mommy who walked gracefully and didn’t look like she was carrying any extra weight at all. But her bump showed that she’s about 8 months pregnant!
I think pregnant mothers are beautiful, especially those who have pregnancy bloom. I got mine too, but I was very fat.

Let’s admit it, most women are constantly in the battle of achieving their ideal weight and body shape. Even if you may be satisfied with your current weight now, that doesn’t mean you will be slim forever. As we age, our metabolism slows down and we may need to cut down on our food intake, or increase our exercise level to achieve the same results when we are younger. I’m going to be 30 this year, and I cannot take my curve for granted. I know that I will have to get my butt away from the chair and get some exercise, if I would to maintain my shape.
