MAC Summer Collection (Tropical Coral)

Gosh, isn’t that gorgeous? Given a choice, I would rather spend the money buying the nice and limited edition blushes than spending on prenate vitamins with dha. I just have a soft spot for MAC!

Their makeup is always fabulous, and not to mention, affordable. Nonetheless, I still haven’t got the time to check them out. Hopefully, they are still available and not sold out.

Estee Lauder Stay-in-place Eye Pencil

I have a few eye crayon, eye liner gel and eye pencils in my drawer, but after some used, I will surely put them aside because I was not pleased with the results. I have oily eye lids, even if I look alright in the morning, and the eye liner works very well initially, but by the evening, my eye area would look all messed up.

But after numerous trials on Estee Lauder Stay-in-place Eye pencil, I’ve finally made up my mind in getting one last weekend. It does stay in place after long hours, and it claims to be long lasting for about 12 hours, so it works well for me during work days.

W3E0_311x311Ooops…I’ve forgotten to snap a photo of the eye pencil, so I took the photo from EsteeLauder.com. :P

I bought the one in Coffee, and it’s suitable for normal day use. The promoter kept telling me that I look more dramatic and sexy in Onyx. I am not used to seeing myself in smokey black liner on every day use, so I didn’t purchase it.

I bought another product from Estee Lauder too, but again, I haven’t snapped the photo. I’ve been quite forgetful lately, can’t even remember to do the best fat burning exercise, so let alone grabbing my camera. :P

But that will be updated in another post.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Shadow Creme

I love cream eye shadows but all works for me. Some creates too much grease after a while, and my eyes look so oily. Not to mention, I look so dirty and worn off.

But I love the Double Wear Stay-In-Place Shadow Creme by Estee Lauder. I’ve been using them for more than a week, and my eyes are still looking fresh after a long day at work. I bought Ivory Lace and Silver Leaf, and both works well for daily use. I shall get some more colors when I drop by the counter next time.

I won’t say that I look like a supermodel from magazines and books, but my eyes really look better with the stay-in-place shadow creme. So, I love it. :)

Estee Lauder CyberWhite EX Extra Brightening Concealer SPF35/PA++

I completely blew my shopping budget this month, and probably next! Firstly, I bought a few items from Jaspal’s Spring and Summer collection, and then spend a bomb at Estee Lauder again. :P Most guys might be shaking head at my purchases, but then, don’t say anything about it as I didn’t comment anything about your cars and e-cigarettes. :P

One of my latest items from Estee Lauder is the new Extra Brightening Concealer SPF35/PA++ by Estee Lauder CyberWhite EX collection. The foundation was quite good too but I didn’t get it. I’m still using my BB Cream by Cyber Colors, liquid foundation by MAC, and compact foundation by Shiseido – Maquillage Lasting Powdery UV Foundation SPF25.

It’s best to use it with a concealer brush and you just need a thin layer on your eye area. I found that it’s quite light and it won’t form a lot of fine lines after an hour or 2. But maybe it’s best to use it alone, and don’t top a lot of loose powder on it which might create more fine lines.

It didn’t feel dry for my eye too, after a day at work. Besides that, I found that it’s a great eye base for cream eye shadow.

I guess this eye concealer works for me!

Shiseido MaquillAGE Lasting Powdery UV Foundation SPF25

vanity2

I’m still using Maybelline AngelFit foundation, but I felt like buying Shiseido – Maquillage Lasting Powdery UV Foundation SPF25 the other day. I will use Shiseido at home, while bring Maybelline around in my handbag. I feel that the texture is really good on my face, and it’s really long lasting, and I don’t see the greyish effect by the end of the day, as comparing to Maybelline.

It’s more pricey though, but it’s worth it. I can see myself dropping by Shiseido counter very soon to check out more of Shiseido MaquillAGE. If only they can just drop by the products to me, just ring my doorbell and I can just pick them up! But firstly, hubby will have to settle all the payments for me. LOL!

Shiseido MaquillAGE has quite a lot of nice products. I should check them out one by one.

Shiseido MAQuillAGE Face Creater 3D

vanity1

It’s been awhile since my last purchase at Shiseido, and I can’t even find my member card anymore! Anyway, I bought Shiseido MAQuillAGE Face Creater 3D the other day, and decided to give it a try. I took me awhile to learn how to use it properly, especially since I have very big face and it’s hard to create that 3D effect. :P

I can’t get the casing though as it’s out of stock. What a shame.

I was tempted to get the best face cream by Futuristic too, but then, reality hit me. It’s too expensive in Thailand, so let’s forget it. :P

Majolica

I like Majolica, especially the mascara. I’ve been using the mascara for more than a year, and change to a new one every few months. It has never failed me so I might continue to get another mascara from Majolica again soon.

What I really like about the website is the flash clip showing how to put in the colors. For a makeup idiot like me, it’s something useful. I hardly have time for makeup, so I’ve always ended up with only sunscreen, BB cream and loose powder. I wish to have more time for makeup, but the least I can do is applying mascara in the car! LOL!

Maybe I should get the eyeshadow from Majolica, they look pretty pleasant to me. I’m going to need it for my vacation next month. No, not one of those Branson vacation packages, but 2 trips to the beaches again. :)

Eye Makeup Tips by Kevin

I don’t have much time for makeup, but I try to fix my eyes if possible. I love the tips given by Kevin, and if you can read Chinese, take a peep at his blog.

kevin

Kevin didn’t have nice skin previously, I think he got to use acne serum to control his outbreak too. But he looks very good now, and he’s so good in make up!

I wonder if he’s still single? LOL! He should be one of the hottest bachelors in town.

Ecotools

I bought my first set of Ecotools last month and have been using the brushes almost every day. I must say, for the price that I’m paying, I love the brushes! Ecotools are very affordable, and it’s free shipping from The Makeup Mix Shop.

Besides that, the store owner is very helpful. At first, I had some problem with my purchase through Paypal, but she’s given me a lot of guidance. Blame it on me being in Thailand but my account was set up in Malaysia! :P We can’t change our country location in Paypal, and I’ve verified this with the call center. So I have to set up another Paypal account based in Thailand soon, if I’m going to stay here permanently.

Anyway, back to Ecotools. The brush is soft, and I love the extra loose powder brush I bought. Too bad it doesn’t come with a brush bag, so I have to squeeze it in with the brush set.

So, now I know why so many beauty bloggers are raving about Ecotools. These brushes rock!

Eco-BB Cream by Cyber Colors

I’ve almost forgotten to blog about my review on the products I bought from Sasa! Blame me for being lazy and prefer to sit at the patio furniture and knit for hours everyday. :P

Ok, let’s start with the BB cream I bought from Sasa.

Eco-BB Cream by Cyber Colors is my first tube of blemish balm cream. I’ve heard and read a lot about BB cream, but all the while, I don’t think that I need one. I don’t mind going out with just a tint of sunblock as base when I’m not using any foundation, so I’ve never really needed BB cream. But since I was there at Sasa, I bought a tube of BB Cream by Cyber Color for a try.

As stated on the tube, this BB cream is not only a healing natural coverage cream, but it has moisturizing, whitening and anti aging properties too. But like most BB cream, it doesn’t have a lot of color tone for different skin tone, so it looks too “white” immediately after application. But after a couple of minutes, it is less shining and “fake” on my face, even if it still has its glow.

So, will I go for the second tube? Maybe I will still buy BB cream, but I might try other brand. It’s still hard for me to say if I really like the product, but I have to admit that it’s very convenient to me, especially since I don’t bring my MAC foundation with me during my holiday here.

So, if you are looking for natural and hassle free makeup base, maybe you can give BB cream a try.
