My best friend has always struggled, when it comes to guys. She always had a lot of guy friends, but never an actual boyfriend. I don’t know if it was because she was scared or if she just didn’t connect well. After getting her connected to the real world by visiting get.wildblue.com, my next step was to sign her up for online dating. I am not the matchmaker type, but I have always wanted her to be happy. She is a wonderful person and I love everything about her. I know someone else will easily feel the same way. After choosing which dating site to use, we signed her up right away. We had a great time setting up her profile and laughed about all the questions we answered. Even though we approached it as a joke, I think she is actually excited about what it might bring. It is amazing what wonderful and exciting things the internet can bring. With her profile complete, I am even excited about what connections she will make.

There are literally thousands of different channels on Television today. Whether it be sports, reality TV, soaps or anything else there is bound to be something that everyone likes. My personal favorite thing to watch on my 20 feet of water and filled up a sunken ship. Before you know it the ship came to the top loaded with tons of ping pong balls. It only took a few thousands of them to raise a medium sized ship! Sure, this doesn’t really help me out with life or anything like that. But to me, that little fact is more that interesting enough to take up an hour of my time.

I’m trying to contact my ex insurance agent back home, hopefully, someone can give me her details! I lost all my contact when I did a mistake trying to sync my iPhone.

We went to Siam Paragon last Monday, but instead of shopping, we were just wandering around the mall. So we ended up walking to Siam Discovery to check out Madame Tussauds, which has recently opened in Bangkok. Thank god the walking distance is not too far away, it would kill hubby’s back carrying 2 kids if he had to walk past a few blocks of steel buildings. LOL!

Don’t laugh. I am only starting to watch Gossip Girl, after it’s first episode in the first season. I don’t know why I didn’t follow the series, maybe I had something else to watch over the time. But then, it’s always nice to see some gorgeous girls with fashion sense and fancy handbags, and super skinny. Are they on ephedra diet pills?

Oh well, the first episode of season 4 looks pretty good. I didn’t watch the rest, will I miss a lot?

I stumbled upon a TV program the other night about acne. The woman had really bad acne not only on her face, but on her back and bu** as well. Gosh, it was so bad, she could just squeeze anything out anytime of the day. I’m not sure if she’s going for the best acne treatment because I switched to other channel.

When it comes to acne, it’s best to consult a dermatologist, instead of trying to cure it on your own.

 I know that I’m getting slow in updating this blog, and I don’t think I have a lot of regular readers here. LOL! But anyway, I hope to wish everyone a very happy and prosperous Chinese New Year and may the year of ox a better year for all of us.

Don’t eat too much during this festive season, even if there are lots of goodies around! But of course, you can always get back to diet, exercising and weight loss pills later. LOL! But then, moderation is always the keyword…I can’t promise that I won’t overeat, but I will try my best to resist those high calorie cookies and snacks!

My friends are visiting me soon. Since they will be here on working days, hubby and I can’t drive them around and thus I got them a van to bring them around. I’m not sure if they will be enjoying the trip, but they didn’t inform us beforehand when they booked their flight tickets. So, that’s the best solution I can think of in avoiding them from having a lousy trip.

Renting a van is not as cheap as I think. They will have to pay for the petrol, toll, and parking fees. If they are traveling to New York, they can easily get New York Bus Charter to get around New York city. It will be easier than catching the cab, which is more costly. Besides that, if they are traveling with kids, they can easily organize the day tour to amusement parks and shopping mall without worrying about how to get around from one place to another. Besides that, chartering a bus will be easier if you are traveling with a group of friends. I surely don’t want to be lost and can’t get in touch with my friends in a foreign country!

I wonder if we have similar services here? Maybe I should search from the internet later.

One of my worries about relocating to Bangkok is I have to find places for facial, spa, massage, hairdo and etc which provide great service at good price. Some of my friends are surprised with how affordable my month pampering is as I really found a few nice salons in Ipoh which are worth your money. So, I hope that I can do the same in Bangkok too.

Firstly, I don’t believe that an expensive salon will provide a better service but the environment might be much better. So, I think I will try by trial and error. I went for Thai massage the other night and I think the masseur did a better job that the other one I tried.

They offer facial and spa too, so I might try them out once I move there. Hopefully, they suit my taste.
