Most of us have handphones nowadays, and I can’t imagine doing without mine. I bring my phones almost everywhere I go and it’s a must to be when I’m trying to get connected if I don’t have my laptop with me.
But when I was having our yoga class the other day, all of us were amused by the ring tones that one of the ladies is using. She chose an old Chinese song called “Seong Hoi Tahn”, do you still remember that? It sounded funny being used as a ring tones!
Maybe she should get some other Ring Tones, like the work of Brice Carrington. I’m not sure if she can take those modern tunes and sound, but they sounded alright to me. It’s more like a personal choice but sometimes, ring tonse really affect the others around us. So, what is the ring tone of your phone? Mine is “You’re Beautiful”. LOL!
There are lots of beauty sites which sell skincare and makeup online. However, I have never bought any beauty products online as I prefer to try the tester at the cosmetic counters. But if you don’t mind or you are familiar with those new products, you can easily get them online and sometimes the products can be purchased at cheaper price.
My SIL is going to set up her own beauty store soon and all she needs is just a shopping cart software. She has the products from her mother who is an expert in producing beauty formulas, but they are interested in expanding their business over the internet. Without a shopping cart software, I doubt the business has a chance to grow.
Thus, maybe the shopping cart software from Ashop Commerce is what she’s looking for. She should know better than me since she’s been actively making money from the internet! She should know that her site needs a shopping cart software for the consumers to purchase their products with credit cards, if not, it’s so inconvenient to make a transaction.
I’m not sure how fast will her products be launched. We will just have to check it out later.
The main purpose why my SIL set up her beauty blog is to promote her beauty products. Her mother owns a business of producing facial products for years and they are trying to expand their business further. Setting up a blog is only a first step and eventually she will have her own web store.
But before she can start running a store, she will need to get a shopping cart software as without it, it’s not easy for consumers to do their purchases. I have thoughts of setting up a web store previously too, but the plan didn’t work out. I had just complained to my blog buddy that I won’t be going away by the end of the year. Hubby is very busy with his work, and it’s impossible for him to take a few days off. I was very disappointed at first, but now I’m feeling much better about it.
There is always another chance of traveling to other nice places, just like flying to Mexico. I’m the type of traveler who prefers to spend the holiday by the beach, so I would like to visit Mayan Riviera if I’m going there. There are a lot of Mexico Vacation Villas available in that area and it’s only 15 miles away from Cancun Airport.
Hubby will like the place too since there are a few nice golf courses which he can try out. As for me, I will be enjoying a nice massage by the beach or at my villa. That is truly relaxing and enjoyable!
Of course, the kids will have a good time visiting the Eco Park as well as Chichen Itza, which was the most important ancient city of the Mayan Culture. So, which villa should we choose? I would like to have the one with the best chef because I love food but I don’t cook.

As I was mumbling that I didn’t get any wedding invitations lately, I found one placed on hubby’s desk. One of his friends is getting married next month and I’m so excited about it. I have some earrings and accessories which I custom made from crystals when I was preparing for my wedding. I don’t wear them anymore as you need to pair them up with gowns, if not you will look awkward. I only keep them in the closet now, and they do nothing much but collecting dust in it.
Come to think of it, maybe I should just display them in riker mounts display cases. They are too pretty to be kept away from the daylight where no one can see them. Even if I’m not wearing them anymore, but they will be nice as decorations to be placed on my dressing table. That will be better than storing them away too. I heard about this TV series, The CW’s Gossip Girl, but it was only minutes ago that I got some sneak preview of how good the show is. Frankly, I hope that the DVD will be here soon so that I can grab a few and watch the whole season. I don’t think we will get the series being aired here soon, but maybe I will check out the books when I go to the book store again.

I was chatting with my hairdresser this afternoon when I went there for my hair treatment, and she told me that she least expect I would bring my kids to Bali since it’s such as nice place just for couples. She has known me for more than 8 years, I think. But she told me that she didn’t expect me to be so homely and attached to my kids since I look trendy all the while. I guess you can never judge a book from its cover huh?
Anyway, if I would to go for a romantic getaway with hubby, we will have to wait until the kids are older. It’s not easy leaving them behind just like that, even if it will only be a few days. But one day, hubby and I will have our time to visit some exotic spots like Puerto Rico and stay in those Vacation Rentals By Owner. These rental homes or condos are strictly private, so you can really enjoy the privacy, unlike hotels or resorts. However, it’s written here that it’s children friendly, so I am thinking of dragging my kids along too. 
I guess I will never have a romantic getaway like we used to be before we are parents huh? I am so attached to the kids!
