All about Beauty

For those of you who work 5 days in a week, don’t envy ya? I also work, but when YOU ARE SLEEPING! If, I have every right to indulge myself in some beauty treats once in a while.

This afternoon, I went for pedicure and medicure again. I got some artwork done on the toes, and I love the colours! See, you need steady hands to do the artwork………

Sometimes, I’m out of idea what to draw on my toes. I’ve done so many pedicures over the years, and I have almost tried everything, except 3D artwork. Anyway, these butterflies looked nice on me.

As for my fingers, I did French medicure. But it was so high maintenance!!! I can’t even tried on the clothes when I went shopping later, I was afraid that I would spoil them. And yes I did, I spoiled my French when I was changing my kids into pajamas just now. It’s totally a waste of money! No wonder I didn’t have any French medicure since the day my kids were born. I better forget about it until many years to come.

This afternoon, I flea from the house as soon as putting my kids to their afternoon nap. I went for pedicure and medicure, which I haven’t done for more than a month. The beautician know that I wanted things to be done fast so both of them did the pedicure and manicure for me at the same time.

As usual, we chatted and she told me that her brother found Yun Nan was not effective in hair replacement. I was quite surprised to hear that because they are the most popular company in hair transparent locally, and I thought they are very effective. But well, maybe her brother was the odd one out because he didn’t follow the second course after his first. Dunno lah, all this thing really based on individual experience.

Ok, as long as my nails are nice, I don’t care much. But I scratched my toe nails when I was putting on my slippers and I didn’t realize it until I reached home. @#%%#$^@ Spoiled my nice colour only!

I got myself a little Me time today, but going for pedicure and medicure. I’ve signed a package for a while, and finally, I had the time to do it today!

When I arrived there, he manicurist was still busy with a customer, so I snapped a few photos at the salon.

I haven’t tried stickers before as all the while, I went for work art only. So, I was keen for a try…

After the medicure session, my fingernails are so much nicer! I don’t colour them, unless I will be attending some function. It’s inconvenient to keep them anyway, by taking care of my kids, so what’s the point of colouring them?

Then, I proceed to pedicure…..And the end result was rather disappointing!

*Sigh* The stickers looked ugly!!! I told the manicurist I hate it on the spot, so she suggested that I return a week later and do some work art on them. I should have chosen one of these designs…

By the way, if you are going for pedicure, please wear slippers. You don’t have to mess up the polisher huh?
