I didn’t have a lot of time shopping at the airport. I was basically rushing in and out of Gucci and Coach and then grabbed some skincare products. I already planned on what to get, so it’s pretty easy to grab and go in less than 10 minutes. Hubby was a bit shocked seeing me with 2 shopping bags when he’s back from the toilet. LOL! If it’s not because of me carrying my big handbag and a laptop bag loaded with a laptop, charges, HDMI cables, books and stuffs which are really heavy, I would like to buy more. Besides that, hubby is already carrying 2 heavy bags, so it’s best not to have too many hand carries with us.
On top of that, I can always shop for more next time. I have too many unfinished skincare products on my messy dressing table now. Gosh, I really don’t know if I can finish them soon.
I’m leaving Bangkok tomorrow and I hope that we can arrive at the airport a few hours earlier as I have some shopping to do. As usual, I will try to grab some skincare products there, and I’m eager to try a few types of foundation and mascara again. If possible, I will check out some handbags too, if time permits.
We are not carrying as many stuffs as the time we arrive, so it’s only a hand carry for me with my laptop, camera, HDMI cables, and charges. I think I can carry a few more shopping bags if I manage to buy more.
Let’s see what can I grab tomorrow. I hope to get some great products at cheaper price!
I didn’t shop much but just wandering around Chatuchak yesterday. I found some nice stuffs though, and we didn’t spend more than RM100 for the whole afternoon, that’s pretty amazing to me.
If you get any travel deals to Bangkok, don’t miss Chatuchak. It only opens during the weekend though, so you better arrange your travel agenda well. 
I only found out that it’s President’s Day in the states today and most of the shopping sites are having promotions and sales. If you are interested to get any products from Kohl’s, don’t forget to use the Kohls coupon codes available to save up more on your purchase.

I didn’t shop a lot of myself in Bangkok and the only thing I got is a blouse from Zara. It’s one of my favorite brand, but I won’t get anything unless there is a sale! We bought lots of clothes for the kids, so they are all prepared for Chinese New Year. Hubby wanted to get some camping gear but after some thoughts, he let it go. It’s too troublesome moving those things back!
So, when we reached Bangkok International Airport yesterday, I quickly grabbed some skincare from the duty free as Lamer is cheaper here!!! I’m not sure about Clarins, but I needed a blusher and a base, so I simply grabbed them. Besides, hubby was willing to pay mah. LOL!
Too bad I didn’t have much time for more, if not I will end up with more than a dozen bottles of beauty products!!!

I’m leaving for Bangkok in 2 days and I’m totally excited about it! It’s been years since my last trip to Bangkok and I miss shopping there like a queen. The things are cheap if you know how to bargain for a better price. However, I will be going there with my kids and I doubt I have time for shopping. It’s not easy leaving them to hubby’s care and I don’t want them to waste their time waiting for me to do my shopping as well.
If only we can stay somewhere near the shopping complexes in the city of Bangkok, then I will sneak out when the kids are taking their afternoon nap. I found some cheap hotels in Bangkok from the directory of Hotel Guides, but I know that hubby will not stay at the hotels. We can just stay at FIL’s home, unless we are going to Chiang Mai. I told hubby that if time permits, we might just make a trip to Chiang Mai since I haven’t been there. The kids might like the cold weather too and I have packed well for them.
But what about shopping then? I guess I will only know how our travel plan goes once we reach Bangkok later.
Both hubby and I don’t wear watches. If we need to check the time, we will just use our handphones. But do you think that it’s more convenient for us to have a pocket watch?
But we will look very old fashion if we bring it around huh? LOL! In my opinion, it’s more for collection instead of daily use. If you haven’t got a Christmas present for your father, how about a pocket watch?
When I was shopping just now, I couldn’t get my eyes away from those nicely packed seasonal promotion of makeup and skincare products at the shopping mall. The Christmas Sales and year end promotions are here, so it’s time to make up a shopping list and go shopping again. End of the year is one of the best season to do some serious shopping as the products are generally much cheaper after some discounts.
Besides that, let’s not forget about getting some gifts for our loved ones. If you would like to present your gifts well, you can get some Photo Cards and give them out together with your gifts. So, let’s hop over to the shopping complexes and check out those beauty products that are having a promotion. Don’t just get everything for yourself. Think about your husband who might need some men skincare, your mother who needs anti aging products and girl friends who need another set of makeup. I am going to make my list and go shopping as soon as possible!

- Lip balm, a very good one
- Maybelline Color Control
- Eye mask and face mask again. I don’t think Kose Astalution is available huh? Then I will get SKII first
- A neck cream for my neck. Clarins or Shiseido? Mmm…let me find out later.
So, it’s going to be a busy shopping week for me!
I seldom wear accessories after having kids as I was afraid of hurting them accidentally. Furthermore, they like to pull my earrings and necklace away, so I took off all of them now. My gal even broke one of my white gold necklace too!
Maybe I should not get those expensive accessories and risk getting them damaged by my kids. I should just look for wholesale jewelry supplier get some something nice from them. Besides wearing, maybe I can make some money selling them off too!
