It’s been a year since I’ve started IPL, but there are some spots on my cheeks which can’t fake off. I’ve tried a lot of whitening and brightening serums, both from giant skincare companies and also from skin clinics. Nevertheless, they are still there. Maybe it’s due to aging or I’ve inherited this from my mother, who has pretty severe pigmentation on her face. I guess I will be in the same fate if I don’t do something about my skin now!

That’s why I wonder if this dark spot cream will work on my stubborn spots? I don’t mind trying if I can get a free sample! It claims that it uses natural ingredients, and results can be seen in 7 days. It would be worth trying it out, if the result is as good as claimed.

Too bad it’s only available in US and Canada. So, will it ever come to Asia?

I’ve almost made a mistake of buying salicylic acid products for hubby to cure his acne, luckily I found this link and read about it. I guess it’s best if he can use other milder products, or visit a skin doctor.

He’s not playing a lot of golf during the day lately, so his skin is not flaring up much. Thank god for that!

Clarins Shaping Facial Lift, Lipo-drain Serum

I bought this bottle of Clarins Shaping Facial Lift, Lipo-drain Serum because I have a big face, and I am curious if it works. Frankly, don’t get it if you don’t have time to do the massage, even if it’s stated as simple as 5 steps, it would take you a couple of minutes too. I feel that it’s more effective using it in the morning so that your face will look great in the day. You can also use it at night, and pay more time in massaging, so over time, it might help in face lifting (don’t expect a drastic effect though).

In short, I can feel my face feature gets sharper if I spend more time doing the drainage massage properly. If not, I don’t think this serum can give you an instant facial lift. So, if you are wondering if you should get one, if you have some money selling term life quotes, or you just don’t know what to spend on, get one to try it out.

I may not be as fair s Snow White, but I don’t have much to complain about my skin. I have some skin problem occasionally, but it’s nothing too serious. I haven’t tried any new acne treatments because I don’t have this problem. Even if I’m in lots of stress, my skin will probably be very dry and lack of radiance.

So for the time being, I might only do IPL again but not others. Botox can be delayed. Expensive skin care can be ignored too.

I can see my complexion getting better after trying out the products by Wuttisak Clinic, which I went for my IPL treatment. Thus, I purchase the whole range of products by Wuttisak since it’s working well for me.

But the thing is, there are a lot of products to be used at one time, and my skincare regime has gone from simple to complicated.

I would start with my own toner or softener.

Then I will start by applying Liposome Plus. It’s safe for eye area too.

Continue with Diamond Elastin, Vitamin C for whitening, Collagen Plus and Botox Like Serum for anti aging.

All of these products can be used at the eye area as well. If you think my skincare regime ends here, the answer is NO. I have to apply some AHA product, then whitening cream, then anti melanin and the last but not least, the sunblock for day and anti black for night. Let’s about it!!! See how complicated and how many products used? LOL!

But the advantage is, the whole range only cost me THB5150, and it’s only half the price of my regular Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Youth Ultimate!!! Can you believe that? I would have saved a lot and I can afford any one of those life insurance quotes I found here in Thailand soon.

Most importantly, the products work for me at such affordable price!

Don’t get me wrong. I love my Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Youth Creme for eyes, but it doesn’t come cheap. So, I’m thinking of switching to Time Zone Anti-Line/Wrinkle Eye Creme by Estee Lauder, as soon as I’ve finished my bottle.

I’ve read a few good reviews about it, and I am eager to try it out. Knowing myself, I won’t be walking away with only a bottle of eye cream in my hand to the ls2208 scanner at the cashier counter, most probably, I will also get a bottle of Time Zone Anti-Line / Wrinkle Creme too.

Both bottles will cost me lesser than Re-Nutriv. So, it’s time to switch!

Hubby bought a bottle of SKIN79 BB Cream for me from Malaysia, and it’s a silver bottle. I had requested him to get the gold bottle, but he had got the wrong one. But anyway, I shall give it a try and see what’s the vibes about SKIN79 BB Cream.

I haven’t snapped the photo of it, and will do it as soon as I have started using the BB cream. I’ve been using the BB cream from CyberColor for months, and I love it. It’s really more convenient than putting on makeup base and foundation, if you prefer sheer coverage. My laptop memory is kind of limited, so I can’t load a lot of photos lately. I will snap a photo and save a copy of it as soon as possible.

I really like my bottle of Off with those heads by b.liv by Cellinique, it’s as good as before the packaging was changed. I can see some slight improvement on the nose area, even if I don’t have a lot of blackheads. I should let my hubby try too because he has oily skin and lots of blackheads! Best of all, it’s convenient to be used, and a small droplet can spread out quite well.

I haven’t bought any skincare or makeup online, but only makeup tools. I will only do so, if I can’t get the desired products from the malls, or I can’t get someone to help me to buy it from other country. One of my friends said she once bought an almost expired product and it gave her a very bad experience. Nonetheless, it was cheaper than market price.

Another reason is, I prefer to try the sample first before I would get anything. I once thought that an acne cream, since the review was quite promising. But after trying it out at the counter, I decided not to get it due to the scent. Personally, I don’t like tea scent either.

That’s the reason why I turned out the offer of writing for an online store, which sells skincare, makeup and books. I won’t post the link here though.

But there are a lot of great online skincare and makeup stores too. Just try to get your products from reputable one.

Remember that I was looking high and low for the blackhead lotion by Cellinique? My friend found it for me, but it’s in different packaging now. It’s by b.liv, but everything is the same. Sorry about the poor quality photo, not sure if it’s the Minka lighting or I didn’t set my camera correctly.

Anyway, I’ve been using it for weeks for my tiny spots. Not sure if it will help as I don’t have a lot of blackheads.
